She does only “ok” at eating humble pie.

On the Today Show, Kate Gosselin expressed that her children really missed reality tv and the cameras, but mostly it seems they missed all the trips and the things they were able to when they had a large income and could go on exciting outings and trips.

Kate said the fans really wanted them to be back on tv, but that can’t be the case since the show was cancelled because of very poor viewership.  I’m sure she does have a fan-base, but truly you have to wonder who wants to see a bunch of 8-year-olds go on field trips and rough-house?  Didn’t we see enough of that when we chaperoned our 3rd-graders field trips at school?

I think it was cute when they were little and everyone was amazed at her household management, considering she really kept it clean and organised on her own, but now all the kids are old enough to do chores and they really should have privacy at this point, don’t you think?

Kate was really on the Today Show to promote a new mobile app that Coupon Cabin is coming out with this week, but she took the opportunity to promote mostly herself and the kids.  She has a weekly blog on the site and it seems she’s their official spokesperson, as well.

Apparently she’s shopped all the networks and cable channels to try to get another pick-up of her show, but nobody’s biting and I have to wonder if any of us really wants to see her pockets lined again now that we’ve all seen what an arrogant and wicked witch she can become when she’s got camera time.  I do actually think that Kate would be great on the View, but then who would watch the kids. Hmmm.

This must just be such a humbling experience for such a narcissist. I just can’t imagine how tough all this is for poor Kate Gosselin.  I still can’t forget these days…
