Everybody’s wondering what the extent of Patti Stanger, “The Millionaire Matchmaker’s” plastic surgery is and what she had done during this off-season, and it’s really hard to tell.

In 2008, Patti had a breast reduction that took her from a 36DD to a 34C,  compliments of celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Gary  Motykie. In 2011, Patti also admitted to having an eyelift and Botox, after  her plastic surgeon refused to give her the facelift that she wanted. More  recently, Patti has been showing off some serious weight loss. The 50-year old  single matchmaker wanted to lose the weight because, “It’s not easy to  date when you’re hefty!”

But we think we’re only hearing a part of the story.  We think that Patti has most recently had a chin implant, a nose job, botox and her lips done slightly.  As for the body, we think it’s more than working out on the eliptical, as she claims.  We think she’s had liposuction, as indicated by the bumps on the belly.

Frankly, we think the transformation is just fantastic and we say, whatever it takes.  Money can buy a lot of things, including good looks and we say, if you’ve got it, flaunt it.  We like Patti’s overall good looks and think the entire look makes her appear much softer than in previous seasons.

In looking at Patti’s graduation picture, it does look like she’s had her lips blown-up, even though she’s not acknowledging it.

Whatever it takes, Patti.  Now stop. You don’t need any more.
